You should apply as a freshman if you have never been to any post-secondary institutions nor registered for or taken any classes after completing high school or gaining a high school diploma
You should apply as a transfer student if you have registered for classes, completed any amount of coursework, or attained any degree after high school (in the US or outside of the US).
While you cannot meet with an Academic Advisor prior to applying to KCC, you can sit with an Admissions Advisor one-on-one to go over all the necessary requirements and 在申请之前回答你可能遇到的任何问题.
